Mr William Jackson

William Jackson is the Founder of Bridgepoint, the FTSE listed company, one of the world’s leading private market investors.

William, a graduate of Oxford University, has over 30 years’ experience in international alternative investment management leading Bridgepoint as CEO and Chair until 2023. He has served on numerous boards during his career including holding the chair roles at Pret a Manger and MotoGP.

He is currently a Non-Executive Director of Berkeley Group Plc, the FTSE 100 property company, the Senior Independent Director of The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust, Europe’s largest comprehensive cancer hospital and one of the world’s top five centres for cancer research and the incoming Chair of the LTA, the national Governing Body of Tennis in the UK.

William serves as the Vice President and Chair of Wellington College Education and is a Bancroft Fellow of Mansfield College, Oxford.
