Mr Jason Lane

Jason is the founder and International Director of Innovista, an organisation that develops leaders to bring hope and change to people and communities in some really tough places.

He’s driven by the conviction that people flourish when leaders serve with courage, integrity and skill and that leaders like this need time to grow. He works with an international team to see this lived out through nonprofits, churches and businesses.

The practical, experiential and insightful training experiences developed by Jason and his team have been translated into ten languages and deployed in more than twenty countries.

In his free time Jason enjoys windsurfing (badly) and good coffee.
Jason lives with his wife Rachel, their daughter and their dog in Oxford, UK.
