Mr Christoph Hinske
Christoph Hinske is a systems thinker and applied researcher at the School of Finance and International Business at Saxion University of Applied Sciences. Since 2009, he has worked across four continents exploring how the agreements we live by — often implicit yet deeply shaping — define our capacity to flourish together. His doctoral research at LUT Business School investigates how small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the manufacturing sector — including plastics, wood, electronics, and metal — contribute to the regenerative potential of their stakeholder ecosystems. At Saxion, Christoph leads the research line on Ecosystem-Wide Flourishing, embedding this inquiry into finance education, honours programs, international certifications, and fieldwork with over 200 local SMEs — showing how universities of applied sciences can contribute to flourishing not only in theory, but in lived, practical transformation.
