We exist to reimagine leadership as empowering ecosystem-wide flourishing. We build on both the extensive academic research regarding the power of leadership to impact individuals, organizations and societies, and the scientific work on the nature and drivers of human flourishing.
With the considerable advances of recent years, we have a better understanding than ever about what makes for a flourishing life, and we have a great opportunity to use the focused application of leadership to enable flourishing more effectively. While further “discovery” work is important, there is a real need for coordinated action to take leadership that empowers flourishing to scale.
We aim to apply recent research to integrate the science of flourishing with the art of leadership and take flourishing to scale in organizations globally.
